Over fifteen years, I led finance teams for multinational companies including large business units of publicly traded organizations in addition to serving as the CFO for a private equity backed manufacturer. 

 

Then the career that I had focused so much on began to lose its luster. 

 

I had gained valuable experience in acquisitions, turnarounds, capital investments, and system implementations.  I worked in both growth scenarios and mature cash-generating businesses.  I was also privileged to work alongside some amazing people along the way.

 

However, something was missing.

 

I was gradually spending less time doing what I enjoyed the most, working directly with others in driving sustained process improvement.

I then founded Your Weekly CFO, a boutique CFO Advisory Services firm specializing in Finance Performance Improvement.
